Definitions
Acetone: A highly flammable organic solvent. Acetone is used with lacquers, paint thinners, paint removers and strippers. Health and Safety Note: Acetone by itself is a clear, colourless solvent, having a mint-like odour. Acetone can cause skin irritation and flammable in improperly ventilated atmospheres. Acetone is also called ketone, propane and propanone.
